The University of Kansas and Kansas State University are joining forces at the Sunflower State Tour. Offered at seven different locations across the state in September 2025, you will have a unique opportunity to connect with both universities and learn more about our admission and scholarship processes, student life, and more.

Learn more about the Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.S.) in Professional Performance degree at KU, which is designed as a program that enables creativity, brand development, and entrepreneurial skills—whether you’re pursuing athletic, artistic, or personal branding pathways. The School of Professional Studies (SPS) Program Director will share how electives like AI in the workplace, social media management, and audience building, along with a customizable minor and capstone experience, make this program uniquely flexible and career focused.
School of Engineering Open House

Attend the School of Engineering Open House event on Saturday, September 20 for an inside look at KU's undergraduate engineering offerings. Attendees can expect lab tours led by current KU Student Ambassadors, presentations from School of Engineering faculty and other campus partners. There will also be an informational fair highlighting student organizations and involvement.
School of Business Open House

Introduce yourself to all things business-related at KU by attending our open house! This event will feature information sessions led by faculty from each business academic department, an information fair with business student clubs and campus partners, as well as tours of Capitol Federal Hall, led by current business undergraduates. The KU Office of Admissions will offer campus tours following the event at 1:00pm and 2:00pm.

This virtual info session will include a discussion panel with current KU Sorority & Fraternity Life students and staff. Current students will share their experiences in their organizations and the community. Other topics that will be discussed are recruitment and intake opportunities, as well as how to go about joining one of our on-campus chapters.

Transfer Students
During Final Fridays, prospective transfer students will get a glimpse of Jayhawk life at our Edwards Campus in Overland Park, Kansas. There will be a welcome presentation and campus tour followed by a Q&A session.
