Move your academic career to KU.

Before starting the application process, contact your admissions rep and visit campus. You’ll also want to check CredTran to see how your course work might transfer to KU.

Then follow the steps below, meeting the appropriate deadline — Dec. 1 for spring semester, May 1 for summer semester, or Aug. 1 for fall semester. (If you’re seeking scholarships, Feb. 1 is the scholarship deadline for summer and fall semesters.)

If you have already been admitted to KU, visit the admitted student timeline for your next steps.

Rock Chalk Checklist

Use our Rock Chalk Checklist to weigh KU against the other colleges you’re considering. Kansans should download the in-state checklist, while students from outside Kansas should download the out-of-state checklist.
